By accessing voltrelli.com or using any Voltrelli charging service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
Voltrelli provides EV charging infrastructure and related software management services (Voltrelli OS 3.0). Service availability is subject to site-specific operating hours and network conditions.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use Voltrelli services to: access charging points without authorisation, tamper with hardware, transmit malicious code, or circumvent security measures.
4. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is displayed at each charging point before session initiation. Voltrelli reserves the right to update tariffs with 30 days notice for subscription customers. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT.
5. Limitation of Liability
Voltrelli is not liable for: vehicle damage caused by third-party hardware failures, loss of data, or indirect/consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the charging session in dispute.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, and software are the exclusive property of Voltrelli S.R.L. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
